近年来,因洗染造成产品出现质量问题而引发的纠纷屡见不鲜。据中消协统计,消协系统2013年全年受理的此类客户投诉案件达6886件,其中涉及干洗服务3360件。投诉案件中包括很多价值不匪的裘皮类服装。例如,有位消费者将皮衣送去洗衣店进行保养时,洗衣店按照标识“专业皮革干洗”进行了干洗,结果皮衣整体缩水3cm以上,导致消费者无法正常穿用。经专业人士鉴定,该洗衣标识没有按照标准规定的符号或者用语进行标注。对于该件皮衣,正确的洗涤维护标注方法应为“使用简明的文字表明皮革服装的清洁、维护、保养方法,穿、用和贮藏条件的注意事项以及必要的售后服务规定等”。
In recent years, due to dyeing and finishing product quality problems caused by disputes are not uncommon. According to the statistics released by China Association for Industry and Commerce, there were 6,886 such customer complaints handled by CASE system in 2013, involving 3,360 dry cleaning services. Complaint cases include many worthless fur clothing. For example, when a consumer sends a leather suit to a laundromat for maintenance, the laundromat cleansing clothes according to the label “Professional Leather Dry Cleaning” results in the overall shrinkage of the leather coat being more than 3 cm, which results in the consumer being unable to wear the suit normally. For the piece of leather, the correct method of washing and maintenance should be marked as “clear and concise text indicating the method of cleaning, maintenance and care of leather garments, precautions for wearing, using and storing conditions and the necessary after-sales service regulations.”
