众所周知,吸烟是肺癌的主要原因。上海市区男性肺癌中80.5%,女性19.3%可用吸烟来解释。男性中19.5%,女性中80.7%的肺癌,应该归因于非吸烟因素。根据近年来的报道,与非吸烟肺癌有关的因素大致有职业暴露,室内小环境(尤其厨房)的污染,大气污染,被动吸烟,内分泌,脂肪摄入量过多等。本文就文献报道,结合我们最近的工作,对厨房污染与肺癌发生的可能关系作一综述。
As we all know, smoking is the main reason for lung cancer. 80.5% of male lung cancer in Shanghai, 19.3% of women can be used to explain smoking. 19.5% of men and 80.7% of women with lung cancer should be attributed to non-smoking factors. According to reports in recent years, non-smoking lung cancer-related factors roughly occupational exposure, indoor environment (especially the kitchen) pollution, air pollution, passive smoking, endocrine, excessive fat intake and so on. This article reports on the literature, combined with our recent work, on the possible relationship between kitchen pollution and the occurrence of lung cancer.
