采用4步法,以(2-胺乙基)二乙烯三胺、十二烷酰氯、氯乙酸钠和溴乙烷为原料合成了一种新型的甜菜碱三聚表面活性剂标题化合物,通过核磁氢谱和红外光谱对化合物结构进行表征,测定了其水溶液的表面张力,得出表面张力曲线,进而计算出其他相关参数。结果证明,合成的化合物结构与预期的表面活性剂结构相吻合,25℃时,CMC=8.5×10~(-4)mol/L,γCMC=31.7 m N/m,p C20=3.64,Γmax=4.80×10~(-6)mol/m~2,Amin=0.35 nm~2/分子,表明目标产物具有较好的表面活性。
A new type of betaine terpolymerization surfactant was synthesized by 4-step method using (2-aminoethyl) diethylenetriamine, dodecanoyl chloride, sodium chloroacetate and ethyl bromide as raw materials. Hydrogen and infrared spectra were used to characterize the structure of the compound. The surface tension of the aqueous solution was measured and the surface tension curve was obtained. Other related parameters were calculated. The results showed that the structure of the synthesized compounds was in agreement with the expected surfactant structure. CMC = 8.5 × 10 -4 mol / L at 25 ℃, γCMC = 31.7 mN / m, p C20 = 3.64, 4.80 × 10 ~ (-6) mol / m ~ 2, Amin = 0.35 nm ~ 2 / molecule, indicating that the target product has good surface activity.
