世界上许多地区,内脏利什曼病是一个严重的公共卫生问题。研制利什曼病疫苗已成为一项具有挑战性的任务,但至今仍未鉴定出具有保护作用的重组疫苗候选分子。为了解决这个难题,本文作者采取了一种简化方法,以筛选和鉴定内脏利什曼病小鼠模型中对攻击感染具有保护作用的无鞭毛体cD-NA序列。 Visceral leishmaniasis is a serious public health problem in many parts of the world. The development of leishmaniasis vaccine has become a challenging task, but so far no recombinant vaccine candidate has been identified that has protective effects. In order to solve this problem, the authors adopted a simplified method to screen and identify cD-NA sequences of amastigote bodies that are protective against challenge infection in a mouse model of visceral leishmaniasis.
