诉讼法律监督权为检察权的重要组成部分,是检察权的具体权能之一。在司法实践中,由于立法上的欠缺、执法中监督关系难以理顺、具体监督方式存在问题等原因,影响了监督权的有效行使,应从立法方面、监督手段方面及机制建设方面加以完善。
The supervisory power of litigation law is an important part of procuratorial power and one of the specific powers of prosecutorial power. In judicial practice, due to the lack of legislation, the difficulty in straightening out the supervisory relationship in law enforcement and the problems of specific supervision methods, the effectiveness of supervisory power is affected. Legislation, supervision means and mechanism construction should be improved.
