[方法]建立了高效液相色谱测定水产品中氟苯尼考和甲苯咪唑残留量的分析方法。匀浆样品用碱性乙腈水提取,经盐析和乙腈饱和正己烷除脂后离心净化浓缩,采用高效液相色谱法检测,外标法定量。[结果]当空白样品中氟苯尼考添加水平为0.10~1.00 mg/kg、甲苯咪唑为0.01~0.10 mg/kg时与峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数均大于0.99。该方法的回收率为81.2%~102.4%,相对标准偏差为1.2%~7.5%,定量检出限分别为0.10、0.01 mg/kg。[结论]方法简便、快速、重现性好,适于进出口水产品检测分析。
[Method] A method for the determination of florfenicol and mebendazole residues in aquatic products by high performance liquid chromatography was established. The homogenized sample was extracted with alkaline acetonitrile, purified by salting-out and n-hexane saturated with acetonitrile, then concentrated by centrifugation, detected by high performance liquid chromatography and quantified by external standard method. [Result] When the concentration of florfenicol in the blank sample was 0.10-1.00 mg / kg and the mebendazole was 0.01-0.10 mg / kg, the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.99 with the peak area. The recoveries of this method ranged from 81.2% to 102.4% with relative standard deviations of 1.2% -7.5%. The limits of quantitation were 0.10 and 0.01 mg / kg, respectively. [Conclusion] The method was simple, rapid, reproducible and suitable for the detection of imported and exported aquatic products.
