生成性教学是教师在教学过程中以真诚的态度和为学生发展服务的心向与学生就相关课题进行平等对话,并根据自己对学生的课堂行为表现、感受、兴趣与需要等作出的及时价值判断对教学行为与思路进行机智性调整,以使教学对话深入持久地进行下去的教学形态。生成性教学是一种需要规则但在适当的时候又敢于放弃规则的教学,是一种遵循规律但又不局限于规律的教学。其主旨在于通过充分发挥教师在教学过程中的能动性、创造性让学生获得生动活泼的发展,它具有非线性、具体性、多元性、差异性、互动性、突现性和创造性等特征。生成性教学关注表现性目标,关注具体的教学过程,关注教学事件,关注互动的教学方法,关注过程的附加价值。
