为延长初夏季节雪柑鲜果供应期,于1991年和1996年进行雪柑辐照保鲜试验。结果表明,采后雪柑在常规药液处理和PE包装的基础上进行60Co辐照处理,能降低烂果率,保持较好的果实品质,辐射剂量以90~100Gy为佳。
In order to prolong the supply period of fresh citrus fruit in early summer season, radish fresh-keeping test was carried out in 1991 and 1996. The results showed that 60Co irradiation treatment could reduce the rate of rotting fruit and maintain the good fruit quality. The radiation dose was 90 ~ 100Gy.
