本文以2011-2015年我国高新技术企业为研究对象,从企业生命周期的动态视角对技术导向和社会责任导向两种战略导向及其战略协同效应对企业绩效的影响展开研究,结果表明:技术导向对绩效的影响从成长期到衰退期逐渐减弱,社会责任导向在成熟期和衰退期能够显著提高企业绩效,技术导向和社会责任导向的战略协同对企业不同生命周期阶段的绩效产生了差异影响。
Based on the dynamic perspective of the enterprise life cycle, this paper studies the two strategic orientations of technology-oriented and social responsibility-oriented and the impact of strategic synergies on the firm’s performance from the dynamic perspective of the enterprise life cycle. The results show that the technology-oriented The impact on performance is weakened gradually from the growth stage to the recession stage. The social responsibility orientation can significantly improve the corporate performance in the maturity and recession stages. The strategic coordination with technology orientation and social responsibility has a different effect on the performance of the enterprise in different life stages.
