通过中学现实的教师素质构成的理性分析和现实性分析,可以知道教师素质标准的构成要素应包括职业理想、知识水平、教育观念、教学监控能力、教学行为和策略及教育教学科研能力等多个方面。而要加强教师素质的培养,就要转变观念,强化教师角色的责任意识,同时调整课程结构,加强服务意识。
Through the rational analysis and realistic analysis of the composition of teachers ’qualities in middle schools, we can know that the constituent elements of teachers’ quality standards should include such as career ideals, knowledge levels, educational concepts, teaching monitoring ability, teaching behavior and strategies and teaching and research capabilities of education aspect. In order to strengthen the training of teachers ’qualities, we must change their concepts and strengthen the sense of responsibility of teachers’ roles. At the same time, we should adjust the course structure and enhance the service awareness.
