目的:了解护士的工作压力源与心理健康状况,分析护士的工作压力与心理健康状况之间相关性。方法:随机抽取武义县中医院及武义县第一人民医院2家医院332名护士,采用一般健康问卷及护士工作压力源调查表,对护士的心理健康状况与工作压力源进行调查,并对两者之间的关系进行相关分析。结果:共收回有效问卷328份,328名护士心理健康状况不佳检出率为40.55%,平均分为(26.12±3.71)分。护士抑郁、精神紧张、焦虑而失眠者发生率较高,分别为60.67%、56.71%和53.05%。临床护士工作压力源占到前五位的分别是上班的护士数量少、经常倒班值夜班、非护理性工作太多、工资及其他的福利待遇低和护理工作社会地位低。运用Pearson直线相关分析结果表明,护士工作压力与心理健康状况关系密切。结论:工作压力是影响心理健康的主要因素,医院管理者应增加护理人员力量,减轻护士工作压力,增加护理人员晋升晋级机会,改善护理人员工作福利待遇和工作环境,增强护理人员的职业认同感及工作成就感,促进护士的身心健康。
Objective: To understand the working pressure source and mental health status of nurses and to analyze the correlation between job stress and mental health of nurses. Methods: A total of 332 nurses from two hospitals of Wuyi County People’s Hospital and Wuyi First People’s Hospital were randomly selected. The general health questionnaire and the working pressure source questionnaire were used to investigate the mental health and stressors of nurses. The relationship between the correlation analysis. Results: A total of 328 valid questionnaires were collected. The detection rate of 328 nurses’ mental health was 40.55%, with an average of (26.12 ± 3.71) points. Nurses depression, stress, anxiety and insomnia were higher incidence, respectively 60.67%, 56.71% and 53.05%. The top five job stressors for clinical nurses are the small number of nurses who work, the frequent night shifts, the non-nursing work, the low salary and other benefits and the low social status of nursing work. The results of Pearson’s linear correlation analysis show that the working pressure of nurses is closely related to mental health status. Conclusion: The working pressure is the main factor affecting mental health. The hospital manager should increase the nursing staff strength, reduce the work pressure of nurses, increase the nurses’ promotion and promotion opportunities, improve the working welfare and work environment of nurses, enhance the occupational identification of nurses And a sense of job satisfaction, nurses to promote physical and mental health.
