教研工作不同于科研工作,也不同于教学工作,而是介乎二者之间。换言之,它既要搞些理论研究,又要做些实际工作。搞理论研究,应当是紧密结合实际,重在实用性;做实际工作,也不是指那些行政事务之类,而是渗透着理论指导的活动。无论是理论研究,还是实际工作,其最终之归宿都在教学。倘用射箭为喻,那就是说,教研的这支“矢”,。必须是瞄准教学之“的”,否则,偏离了这个方向,也就失去了教研工作的意义。 本着这样的认识,我在中学语文教研工作中便给自己规定了两项
