肺癌脑转移是肺癌治疗失败的常见原因,其自然生存时间为1～3个月,来治病例中位生存期仅1个月。对原发灶未控制或颅内有多个转移结节者均已失去了手术机会,常规放疗效果甚差。我们用鬼臼噻吩甙(VM26)加顺铂(DDP)化疗同时合并放疗治疗了无手术指征的肺癌脑转移26例,报告如下。 1 材料和方法 1.1 一般资料 1991年8月至1993年3月,共收治肺癌脑转移26例,其中男23例,女3例,中位年龄53岁(35～70岁)。伴胸内原发灶未控制者21例,
Brain metastases from lung cancer is a common cause of failure of lung cancer treatment. The natural survival time is 1 to 3 months, and the median survival time for treatment is only 1 month. For those who have not controlled the primary tumor or have multiple metastatic nodules in the brain, they have lost the chance of surgery. The effect of conventional radiotherapy is very poor. We treated 26 cases of lung cancer brain metastases with no operation indications by using chemotherapy with VM26 and cisplatin (DDP) combined with radiotherapy. The report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 General Information From August 1991 to March 1993, 26 patients with lung cancer brain metastases were treated, including 23 males and 3 females, with a median age of 53 years (35-70 years). There were 21 cases with uncontrolled primary lesions in the chest.
