法治正成为我国行政与司法体制改革最强音,公安机关必须将其纳入警务绩效考核范畴。在分析法治警务及其特征的基础上,结合绩效评价与管理理论,分法治信仰、法治理念、法治行为、法治成果与法治潜力等五个维度设计了评价指标体系,给出了权重确定方法与综合评价模型,为公安机关法治警务建设提供了审视工具。
The rule of law is becoming the strongest voice in the reform of the administrative and judicial system in our country. The public security organ must include it in the area of police performance appraisal. On the basis of analyzing the law-based police and its characteristics, combined with the performance evaluation and management theory, the evaluation index system is designed in five dimensions: the rule of belief in the rule of law, the concept of the rule of law, the rule of law, the outcome of the rule of law and the potential of the rule of law. And comprehensive evaluation model, providing a scrutiny tool for the construction of law-based police in the public security organs.
