用云南稻种资源中的大穗大粒品种与半矮秆推广品种杂交,于分离世代分析了百粒重、株高、每穗粒数和单株穗数的遗传表现。对云南大粒稻在育种中的利用价值作了评价。 百粒重、每穗粒数和单株穗数表现为数量性状遗传,株高既受主基因控制,也存在着微效基因的修饰作用。百粒重、每穗粒数都与株高存在着显著的正相关,但与单株穗数相关不密切。分离世代中,大粒多粒的植株一般较高,但加大分离群体,可以选到植株较矮、穗大、粒多的后代。
Large-spike large-grain varieties and semi-dwarf popularized varieties were crossed in Yunnan rice germplasm resources. The genetic performance of 100-grain weight, plant height, spikelets per panicle and panicles per plant were analyzed in the isolated generation. The utilization value of large grain rice in breeding in Yunnan was evaluated. One hundred kernel weight, spikelets per panicle and panicles per panicle were inherited in quantitative traits. Plant height was controlled by major genes, and the effect of minor gene modification was also observed. One hundred kernel weight per panicle, grain number per panicle had a significant positive correlation with plant height, but not with the number of panicle per plant. In the offspring, large-grain and multi-grain plants are generally higher, but increasing segregation populations allows the selection of offspring with shorter plantings, larger ears and larger grains.
