英语新课程标准提出英语学习的最终目标是提高学生的综合语言运用能力。这就要求学生对所学习的语言项目不仅能掌握、识记,更重要的是能把它们运用到实际生活中来。在课标要求掌握的“听、说、读、写”这四项技能中,“说”即学生口语表达的这项技能在实际教学中一直处于两难境地。一方面老师们都能意识到口语教学的重要性,但另一方面,由于教师水平、传统的教学理念以及学生自身存在的各种问题,导致小学阶段学生不敢张嘴说英语,即使说也多是说几个单词或者短语,更谈不上真实的口语交际。
New English Curriculum Standards The ultimate goal of English learning is to improve students’ ability to use comprehensive language. This requires that students not only master the language items they learn, recognize their minds, but more importantly, apply them to real situations. In the four skills of “listening, speaking, reading and writing”, which are required by the course standard, “skills” such as the students’ oral expression have always been in a dilemma in practical teaching. On the one hand, teachers are all aware of the importance of oral teaching. On the other hand, due to the teachers ’level, the traditional teaching philosophy and various problems of students’ own existence, students in primary schools are afraid to speak English, Is to say a few words or phrases, let alone true oral communication.
