一、绪言历来、潮模铸型用粘结剂一般以膨润土为主。这是因为膨润土具有遇水膨润的特点,为此,本研究着眼于具有同样膨润性的淀粉,为开发潮模铸型的新型粘结剂—淀粉粘结剂,进行了初步研究。本研究中的实验以铸型成型后有抗压强度及表面稳定性作为测试重点。另外在实验中发现多品种不同性能的淀粉的组合使用比单品种淀粉的使用更有效,由此找出了三种多品种淀粉混合粘结剂,并对此进行了现场实验,得到了良好的结果。
First, the introduction Traditionally, tide mold-type binder with bentonite-based. This is because bentonite has the characteristics of swelling with water. For this reason, this study focuses on starch with the same swell, and conducts a preliminary study for the development of a new type of binder for tide mold-starch binder.
