“互联网+”背景下不断创新的金融行业给传统的金融高校教育带来了转型的压力与挑战。为了有效适应互联网金融发展的大环境,本文以高职高专金融类专业为研究对象,提出基于“二三五三”的领、悟、融人才培养创新模式,构思了“互联网+”下多元与动态化教学创新体系,以及融合校企合作资源的O2O订单式人才培养机制,在提出建设的内容与措施后总结了人才培养改革的预期效果。
The continuous innovation of the financial industry under the background of “Internet + ” brings the pressure and challenge of transformation to the traditional finance and higher education. In order to effectively adapt to the environment of Internet finance development, this dissertation takes the finance specialty of higher vocational education as the research object and puts forward the innovation model of collar, awareness and financial education based on “2353 ”, and designs “Internet + ”Under the multivariate and dynamic teaching innovation system, as well as the O2O order-taking talent training mechanism that combines the resources of school-industry cooperation. After the content and measures of construction are put forward, the expectation effect of personnel training reform is summarized.
