柔韧是一项重要的身体素质,它对其它的身体素质起着一定的制约作用,柔韧素质的好坏直接影响到速度、力量与灵敏素质的发挥。柔韧素质是中考体育的考试项目,很多体育教师为了提高学生的体育成绩,非常重视力量、速度和耐力三方面的素质训练,而对柔韧素质的重视不足,只要达标即可。然而,忽视柔韧素质的练习,会制约其它身体素质的进一步提高,甚至导致运动损伤的发生。本研究通过实验的形式倡导中学体育教学中既要重视力量等素质的训练,同时也重视进行柔韧素质的练习。这样既可以全面提高身体素质,也可以使中考成绩得到提高。
Flexibility is an important physical quality, it plays a certain role in the control of other physical fitness, the quality of a flexible quality directly affects the speed, strength and sensitive quality of play. Many physical education teachers attach great importance to the quality training of strength, speed and endurance in order to improve the students’ physical education. In the form of experiment, this study advocates that both physical and mental qualities should be emphasized in the teaching of high school physical education. At the same time, emphasis should be put on the practice of flexible qualities. This will not only improve the overall quality of students, but also can improve the senior high school entrance examination scores.
