为了加快我国高等职业技术教育改革和发展的步伐,全面贯彻、落实全国教育工作会议精神和《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》,按照《面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划》中关于“挑选30所现有学校建设示范性职业技术学院”的部署,中央财政决定安排专项资金,支持部分高等院校进行示范性职业技术学院建设,以促进我国高等职业技术教育事业持续、健康发展。现就支持第二批示范性职业技术学院建设的有关问题通知如下:
In order to speed up the pace of reform and development of higher vocational and technical education in our country, fully implement the spirit of the National Education Conference and the Decision of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening Educational Reform to Promote Quality Education in an All-Round Way. According to the Action Plan for the Revitalization of Education in the 21st Century, With regard to the deployment of “selecting 30 existing school construction demonstration vocational and technical colleges”, the central government decided to arrange special funds to support the construction of a model vocational and technical college for some institutions of higher learning in order to promote the continuous development of China’s higher vocational and technical education, healthy growth. The relevant issues concerning the construction of the second batch of exemplary vocational technical colleges are hereby notified as follows:
