本研究在2007—2009年实施了为期2 a的“CHANGE”(creating healthy,active and nurturing growing-up environment),即“创造健康、积极、有益的成长环境”计划,该活动是以社区和学校为基础的、针对农村地区学龄儿童的随机对照干预。包括两个主题:(1)针对学校食堂工作人员开展培训,制定营养合理的早餐和午餐配制要求;(2)使每位学生每周进行塑身shape-up)、“吃好多动”(eat well keeping moving)课程和5—2—1膳食教育课程以及每日1 h体力活动等。研究对象为加利福尼亚州、肯塔基州、密西西比州和南卡罗莱纳州8个农村社区,每个社区抽取1所小学。
This study was conducted in 2007-2009 for a 2 year “CHANGE” (creating healthy, active and nurturing growing-up environment), ie “Create a healthy, positive, and beneficial growth environment” plan. This activity is Community-based and school-based randomized controlled interventions for school-age children in rural areas. It includes two topics: (1) training for school cafeteria staff, formulating nutritionally reasonable breakfast and lunch preparation requirements; (2) enabling each student to shape-up and “eat more” every week ( Eat well keeping moving) course and 521 diet education course and 1 h daily physical activity. The study was conducted in eight rural communities in California, Kentucky, Mississippi, and South Carolina. Each community took a primary school.
