我国现实中的经营者激励机制构建是基于古典经济人的假设 ,它并没有随这一假设的发展而发展 ,也没有伴随管理学中对人性假设的完善而进一步完善。本文认为 :目前 ,以经济人作为假设前提的经营者激励机制已不太符合社会现实 ,这是导致当前经营者激励效果不佳的原因之一。作者通过对经营者的假设前提分析 ,认为有必要回到经营者激励机制构建的基本前提———经营者假设来探讨重构现实的经营者激励机制。
In our country, the construction of incentive mechanism for managers in reality is based on the hypothesis of classical economic man. It has not developed with the development of this hypothesis, and has not been further improved with the improvement of human nature hypothesis in management science. This paper argues that, at present, the incentive mechanism of managers based on the assumption of economic agents is not in line with social reality, which is one of the reasons leading to the poor incentive effect of current managers. Through the analysis of the assumptions of the operators, the author thinks it is necessary to return to the basic premise of the establishment of the incentive mechanism of the manager --- the operator hypothesis to explore the incentive mechanism of the manager to reconstruct the reality.
