目的了解缺锌对睾丸发育及其功能的影响,研究缺锌对睾丸生精细胞凋亡的影响。方法选用Wistar雄性大鼠16只,均分为对照组和缺锌组。喂养4周后,采用原子吸收分光光度法,测定血清和睾丸锌的含量;采用原位缺口平移技术观察睾丸曲细精管中细胞凋亡数目的变化。结果在缺锌组大鼠血清锌(16.4±0.8μmol/L)较对照组血清锌(21.6±1.4μmol/L)明显降低的情况下,锌缺大鼠睾丸内锌含量(39.7±10.8μg/g)也较对照组(54.4±12.4μg/g)明显降低,睾丸曲细精管生精细胞凋亡的数目(21.4±3.8No./10个曲细精管)则较对照组的凋亡细胞数目(6.9±1.3No./10个曲细精管)明显增多。结论锌是睾丸发育所必需的营养素,缺锌可诱发睾丸生精细胞凋亡。
Objective To investigate the effect of zinc deficiency on the development and function of testis, and to study the effect of zinc deficiency on the apoptosis of spermatogenic cells in testis. Methods Sixteen Wistar male rats were randomly divided into control group and zinc deficiency group. After 4 weeks of feeding, the contents of serum and testicular zinc were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The number of apoptotic cells in testicular seminiferous tubules was observed by in situ nick translation. Results In the zinc-deficient group, serum zinc (16.4 ± 0.8μmol / L) was significantly lower than that of the control group (21.6 ± 1.4μmol / L) (39.7 ± 10.8μg / g) was significantly lower than that of the control group (54.4 ± 12.4μg / g), and the number of apoptotic spermatogenic cells (21.4 ± 3.8No. / 10 seminiferous tubules) than the control group of apoptotic cells (6.9 ± 1.3No. / 10 seminiferous tubules) increased significantly. Conclusion Zinc is an essential nutrient for testicular development. Zinc deficiency can induce apoptosis of spermatogenic cells in testis.
