基于现网集中性能管理及LTE网络运维工作总体要求,研究及建立网管系统实时性能数据处理模型,分析及明确LTE网络关键性能指标及具体应用要求,并进一步形成网管系统性能数据处理技术架构以及后续应重点考虑的系统处理机制等要求,从而推动网管系统的功能标准化、数据标准化、界面标准化及处理机制标准化,有力支撑LTE网络实时性能指标的集中监控、集中处理及派单等工作。
