薪酬管理是现代企业人力资源管理的核心主题,涉及到企业的经济效益和员工的切身利益,建立科学有效的薪酬管理体制能够吸引、留住和激励优秀的人才,从而实现企业的可持续发展。但是从我国企业的现实情况来看,薪酬管理存在着很多问题。本文从薪酬的基本理论出发,对现有薪酬体系进行剖析,并就如何设计和建立一套科学的、符合企业实际情况薪酬管理体制提出了新的设计方案。
Payroll management is the core theme of human resources management in modern enterprises. It involves the economic benefits of enterprises and the immediate interests of employees. Establishing a scientific and effective compensation management system can attract, retain and motivate outstanding talents so as to realize the sustainable development of enterprises. However, judging from the reality of our country’s enterprises, there are many problems in salary management. Based on the basic theory of salary, this paper analyzes the existing salary system and proposes a new design scheme on how to design and establish a set of scientific salary management system which is in line with the actual situation of the enterprise.
