编者的话:前些年,农机校曾出现学生“招不进,分不出”的现象,加上经费减拨,学校的生存受到威胁。近年来,一些农机校在办学形式、培训内容等方面进行了一些改革。不可否认,他们在改革中有种种困难和苦恼,比如学校至今还没有自主权,农机校的作用还不被人完全认识,学校就靠“执照”来吸引学员吗?怎样发挥潜力适应社会需要呢?真可谓是“山重水复”。辽宁省盖县农机校在探索中找到了一条路。他们适时地为乡镇企业培养技术人才,获得了良好的社会效果。
