建立以单克隆抗体补体溶解法分离经刀豆素A(ConA)诱导活化T细胞亚群的方法,结果活化T4、T8细胞纯度分别为94.8%和92.9%。将此方法应用于病毒性肝炎发病机制的研究,并结合功能活性的变化探讨了免疫功能紊乱的环节。对与免疫介导有关疾病发生机理研究提供了新的途径。
To establish a method for the isolation of activated T cell subsets induced by ConA, using monoclonal antibody complement lysis method, the results showed that the purity of activated T4 and T8 cells were 94.8% and 92.9%, respectively. This method was applied to the study of the pathogenesis of viral hepatitis, and combined with changes in functional activity to explore the immune dysfunction. It provides a new way to study the mechanism of immune-mediated diseases.
