车载音/视频系统包含车载广播、乘客信息显示、媒体播放和视频监控等子系统,它是保证地铁列车正常运营的基本组成部分,又是乘客乘坐车辆过程中提高舒适度的重要指标之一。文章基于西门子公司KVMRT SBK无人驾驶列车项目需求,介绍了音频、视频和数据等大数据传输三网合一的网络拓扑结构;在国内首次利用H-Type千兆冗余以太网作为骨干网络,实现了车载广播、LCD动态路线、LED信息显示、媒体播放和视频监控子系统,以及车辆所有故障数据共享同一个总线网络;阐述车厢声强指标STI,SPL和△LP特性的模拟及仿真结果;最后计算了KVMRT SBK无人驾驶列车车载音/视频系统的可靠性指标。
The car audio / video system includes sub-systems such as car radio, passenger information display, media player and video monitoring. It is an essential part of ensuring the normal operation of subway trains and one of the important indexes for passengers to improve their comfort during the vehicle ride. Based on the demand of KVMRT SBK unmanned train project in Siemens Company, this paper introduces the network topology of triple play for big data transmission such as audio, video and data. At the first time in China, using H-Type Gigabit Ethernet as the backbone network, Realization of vehicle broadcast, LCD dynamic route, LED information display, media player and video monitoring subsystem, as well as the vehicle all the fault data sharing the same bus network; elaborated the car sound intensity index STI, SPL and △ LP characteristics simulation and simulation results; Finally, the reliability index of KVMRT SBK unmanned train car audio / video system is calculated.
