在一个自制的模型倍压器上,通过测量纹波,分析了纹波的各次谐波成分与电路非对称性和负载的关系.结果表明,纹波可以分为由电路非对称性产生的奇次谐波和电容器充放电产生的偶次谐波.轻载时奇次谐波中基波起主导作用,可以认为其是在线性近似条件下电路非对称在输出端产生的交流纹波部分。电路非对称时,随着负载电流的增大,二极管导通状况的非对称性使奇次谐波成分变大。
In a homemade model voltage doubler, by measuring the ripple, the analysis of the ripple harmonic components and circuit asymmetry and load relationship. The results show that the ripple can be divided into the odd harmonics generated by the circuit asymmetry and the even harmonics generated by capacitor charging and discharging. The fundamental wave in the odd harmonics at light load plays a leading role, which can be considered as the AC ripple part produced by the asymmetry of the circuit at the output under the linear approximation. As the circuit is asymmetric, as the load current increases, the asymmetry of the on-state of the diode increases the odd harmonic components.
