随着房地产业成为国民经济的支柱产业,房地产的开发上至决策层,下至街头巷尾都是热点问题。经历了房地产开发初期的无序、粗放式发展,在市场逐渐平稳下来后,人们开始重视房地产开发与城市规划协调发展。本文首先探讨了现代城市规划与城市房地产开发之间的内在联系性,进而分析了现代城市规划与城市房地产开发的内在矛盾性,最后对实现城市规划和房地产开发协调发展的措施进行了详细阐述。
As the real estate industry has become the pillar industry of the national economy, the development of real estate to the decision-making level, down to the streets and lanes are hot issues. After experiencing disorderly and extensive development in the initial stage of real estate development, people gradually began to attach importance to the coordinated development of real estate development and urban planning after the market gradually stabilized. This article first explores the inherent relationship between modern urban planning and urban real estate development, and then analyzes the inherent contradictions between modern urban planning and urban real estate development. Finally, it elaborates the measures to achieve the coordinated development of urban planning and real estate development.
