通过改进的振荡培养法对典型伯胺类捕收剂十二胺(DA)和十八胺(OA)的初级生物降解性能进行分析评价。通过可见光谱扫描得出DA和OA浓度测定的最大吸收波长均为412 nm,由此得出其浓度测定标准曲线,并通过采用加热、加酸和再溶解的方法对OA进行测定,振荡培养法测出DA和OA的初级生物降解度分别为99.0%和97.9%。研究结果表明:在振荡培养的条件下,DA和OA均为易生物降解捕收剂,DA的初级生物降解性能优于OA,并且该条件下生物降解得到强化,使得OA生物降解性能得到有效提高,为处理含伯胺类浮选药剂的矿山废水提供理论参考。
The primary biodegradability of typical primary amine collectors, dodecylamine (DA) and octadecylamine (OA), was evaluated by improved oscillatory culture. The maximum absorption wavelength of the determination of DA and OA concentrations was obtained by visible spectrum scanning and the maximum absorption wavelength was 412 nm. The standard curve for determination of the concentration of DA and OA was obtained. The OA was determined by heating, acid addition and redissolution. The primary biodegradability of DA and OA was measured as 99.0% and 97.9%, respectively. The results showed that both DA and OA were biodegradable collectors under oscillating culture conditions. The primary biodegradability of DA was better than that of OA, and the biodegradation was enhanced under this condition, so that the biodegradability of OA was effectively improved , For the treatment of mine wastewater containing primary amine flotation reagents provide a theoretical reference.
