目的:探讨乳腺超声报告以及数据系统(BI-RADS)在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法:对2016年2月至2017年2月来我院做乳腺癌体检的1230例患者做BI-RADS分级,并对其中经过手术病理证实的30例患者与BI-RADS分级进行分析。结果:1230例见BI-RADS分级中,1级234例,2级828例,3级137例,4级29例,5级2例。30例病理证实的患者中,良性肿块27例,恶性肿块3例,与超声BI-RADS分级密切相关。结论:在乳腺癌的筛查中使用BI-RADS分级,可以提高恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性和特异性,对于及早的发现和治疗具有重要的意义。
Objective: To investigate the value of breast ultrasound report and data system (BI-RADS) in the diagnosis of breast cancer. METHODS: BI-RADS was performed on 1230 patients who underwent breast cancer examination in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017. The 30 patients with pathological confirmation and BI-RADS grading were analyzed. RESULTS: Of the 1,230 patients in the BI-RADS classification, 234 were in grade 1, 828 in grade 2, 137 in grade 3, 29 in grade 4, and 2 in grade 5. Among the 30 pathologically confirmed patients, 27 were benign masses and 3 malignant masses were closely related to ultrasound BI-RADS classification. Conclusion: The use of BI-RADS classification in the screening of breast cancer can improve the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of malignant tumors, which is of great significance for early detection and treatment.
