德育是教育方针的重要组成部分,对学生进行思想道德教育,就是教育学生热爱生活,认识社会,学会做人。教师如何利用好品德教材?我认为在课堂上,教师要利用好品德教材,应通过采用生动、形象、具体的方法,来提高学生的道德认识,下面谈谈我个人的做法和体会。一、转变角色,创新教法长期以来,我们的教师总是习惯以一个尊者、长者、说教者的身份面对学生,居高临下,让学生产生畏惧感。所以教师要做到“春雨润物细无声”的教育,就要转变角色:从尊者、长者、说教者成为指导者、支持者、合作者。如在执教《做个快乐的小鸟》一课时,我就坦率的告诉同学们自己在生活中也有很多烦恼和不愉快,从而让学生能正确对待自己的烦恼,真正成为学生生活的指导者。在课堂上良好师生关系的建立能使教师的教书育人事半功倍。在平等和谐的师生关系下,教师关注学生的情绪感,兴趣需求,使教师的外在强制性渐
Moral education is an important part of education policy. Students’ ideological and moral education is to educate students to love life, know the society and learn how to behave. How can teachers make good use of moral textbooks? In my opinion, in class, teachers should make good use of moral textbooks and improve their moral awareness by adopting vivid, vivid and specific methods. Changing Roles and Innovating Teaching Methods For a long time, our teachers have always been accustomed to confronting students as a Venerable, elders and preachers, giving students a sense of fear. If I coached the lesson of being a happy bird, I told my classmates frankly that they had a lot of troubles and unpleasant feelings in their lives, so that students could correctly handle their troubles and truly become mentors of student life. In class, the establishment of a good relationship between teachers and students can make teachers more effective teaching and educating people.
