传统非降解聚合物药物支架虽可显著降低再狭窄率,但带来了晚期和极晚期支架血栓的风险.针对传统非降解聚合物支架存在的安全隐患,提出一种新型的载药技术:无聚合物微盲孔载药支架技术,认为可能会解决非降解聚合物药物支架存在的问题.新型的无聚合物微盲孔载药技术采用化学方法处理生成微盲孔,微盲孔即为药仓,从而实现直接载药并通过微盲孔的物理性状实现药物缓释,新型无聚合物微盲孔载药支架研究成果现已开发产品,并已规模上市.
