目的：评价以中药为主的中西医结合方法治疗交感性眼炎的远期疗效。方法：２６例本病患者随访１～７２年，平均８．７３年。局部均用西药治疗，１８例早期用激素后，因病情反复或有副作用，其中１６例改为中西药结合疗法；８例早期仅接受中药治疗。评价全组疗效，并比较与早期应用激素及中药的差异。结果：全组最后视力≥１．０者８０．７７％，≥０．６者８８．４５％，≥０．１者９２．３％；病程迁延＞１年者为２３．０８％；复发率为２６．９２％；继发青光眼及或并发白内障发生率为１９．２３％。早期用中药组比用激素者疗效佳。一般前者无复发，无继发青光眼及或并发白内障，无全身并发症，３个月疗程可治愈，视力恢复好。结论：中西医结合治疗交感性眼炎安全有效。为预防交感性眼炎，建议于眼球穿通伤后，如伤眼尚可挽救，立即服用中药２～３个月。
Objective: To evaluate the long-term effect of traditional Chinese medicine-based combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of sympathetic ophthalmia. Methods: Twenty-six patients with this disease were followed up for 1 ~ 72 years with an average of 8.73 years. The incidence of secondary glaucoma and / or cataract was 19.23%. Early use of traditional Chinese medicine group than with hormone effective. The former generally no recurrence, no secondary glaucoma or concurrent cataract, no systemic complications, 3 months course of treatment can be cured, good visual acuity. Conclusion: Integrative Medicine is safe and effective for the treatment of sympathetic ophthalmia. For the prevention of sympathetic ophthalmia, it is recommended in the eye through the wound, such as injury can be salvaged, and immediately take traditional Chinese medicine 2 to 3 months.
