综掘工作面的粉尘来源一般按作业工序划分,主要有炮头截割产尘和装运产尘两大类。其中,截割产尘占整个工作面产尘量的80%~95%以上,因此,综掘工作面粉尘防治的重点应该是针对掘进机截割产尘源。由于综掘工作面具有产尘浓度高、尘源点易动、弥漫整个作业场所等特点,采用单一的防尘措施很难解决粉尘问题,必须采用综合防尘措施。采用掘进机高压外喷雾降尘,在控制粉尘的无序扩散的基础上,利用除尘器抽尘净化技术来降低机掘工作面的粉尘浓度,在距迎头50~80 m的地方布置粉尘浓度超限自动喷雾降尘水幕,彻底解决粉尘问题。
Fully mechanized mining face dust sources are generally divided according to operating procedures, there are two main categories of dust production and shipment of dust.
