先做群众的学生,后做群众的先生。这句话虽然耳熟能详,但并不好实施。作为跨国公司通用电气总裁却把这个理儿发挥得十分得心应手。官杰夫·伊梅尔去年10月与中国30多位IT产业、家电业和其它行业的总裁恳谈时说:总裁最重要的素质是每天学习,最大的目标是公司的增长。我的工作方式是:在一个月或一个星期内,用30—40%的时间跟人打交道,跟员工交流沟通,传播企业文化;20%的时间访问客户,确保与客户保持良好关系,用10—20%的时间审查业务计划、产品计划、财务计划。剩下的时间跟企业外部沟通,与政府部门、投资者联系。有时候,我也卷起袖子,去做一些具体事情。我觉得在通用电器每天都能学到很多东西。衡量一个总裁的业绩不是说你知道多少,而是你学习的速度有多快。大家并不期望你知道每一个问题的答案,但期望你能够不断地学习,不断地发现新的创意,不断
