一、前言讲座(一)里所提的疲劳线图,是根据标准试样的试验结果而绘制的,但由于许多因素的影响,实际使用零件的疲劳极限与上述疲劳线图所得的疲劳极限有很大的差异.因此在零件的疲劳强度设计中,除直接用零件试验得到的疲劳线圈外,经常从试样的疲劳线图上求出零件的疲劳极限,这就需要研究影响疲劳强度的各个因素.试验研究表明,零件的表面状态、应力集中、尺寸和载荷频率对疲劳强度都有比较显著的影响,下面我们就从这几方面来进行分析研究.
