政工工作在企业中占据很重要的地位和作用,企业要想发展,员工是关键,因此人本化管理是政工人员管理的核心工作。所谓“人本化”教育,就是服务于人,尊重人的价值。人本化管理,就是采用各种激励手段培育员工的共同价值观,激发他们的工作热情,调动员工的工作积极性和主动性,做好员工的思想工作,引导员工共同努力。因此,在政工工作中,要对员工的心理思想进行及时的了解,要维护好员工的切身利益。本文从不同角度分析人本化教育在政工工作中的重要性及问题,这样才能保证企业的长久发展。
Political and political work occupies a very important position and role in the enterprise. If the enterprise wants to develop, the staff is the key. Therefore, the human-based management is the core work of the management of political workers. The so-called “people-oriented ” education, is to serve people, respect people’s value. Human-based management means cultivating employees’ common values by various means of encouragement, stimulating their enthusiasm for work, arousing the enthusiasm and initiative of employees, doing a good job of ideological work for employees, and guiding employees to work together. Therefore, in the work of political work, we must make a timely understanding of the psychological thoughts of employees and safeguard the vital interests of employees. This article analyzes the importance and problems of humanistic education in political work from different perspectives, so as to ensure the long-term development of enterprises.
