本文阐述了将钠化渣作为雾化渣水法提钒工艺中的一种钠盐添加剂,在用雾化渣水法提钒同时,解决了钠化渣直接水浸提钒时遇到的诸项难题,混合焙烧提钒收钠工艺中,钒平均转化率可达95.30%,浸出后残渣含钒<0.7%,钠化渣中的Na_2O100%起到NaC_2O_3在钒焙烧中的作用。本工艺流程中,磨矿顺利,混料均匀,水法提钒净化工艺简便,便于现有铁合金厂钒车间推广应用。
In this paper, the sodium dregs as a sodium salt additive in atomized slag water vanadium extraction process are described. While using the atomized slag water method to extract vanadium, In the process of mixed calcination and vanadium recovery, the average conversion rate of vanadium reaches 95.30%. After leaching, the residual vanadium content is less than 0.7%. The content of Na_2O100% in sodium slag can play a role in the roasting of vanadium. In the process, the grinding is smooth and the mixture is even, and the vanadium purification process by the water method is simple and convenient for popularization and application of the vanadium workshop of the existing ferroalloy plant.
