基于数字化水位的琼东北地区构造应力场时序特征分析

选取琼东北地区2008年以来连续稳定、潮汐形态较明显的海口ZK26井、琼海加积井、向荣村井、火山流体井、文昌潭牛井5口井数字化水位及相应的气压资料.利用气压系数和O1、M2波潮汐因子等滑动拟合,得到不排水状态下,各井含水层的孔隙度、固体骨架的体积压缩系数和水的体积压缩系数.并在水平层状含水层(一维)模式下,利用部分含水层介质参数(孔隙度、水和固体骨架的体积压缩系数)、井水位变化量与含水层垂直向应力变化量的关系式,定量分析了琼东北地区构造应力场的动态变化过程.再结合区域重力场累积动态变化及基于GPS基线的区域构造活动综合分析,结果表明,琼东北地区近几年以持续的应力减弱活动为主,今后需跟踪其转折变化情况的发生,并加强多学科、多手段的密切跟踪.

对抗生素微生物检定法测定酒石酸泰万菌素预混剂进行了方法学验证,确定了最适菌悬液加入量和超声时间.结果表明,泰万菌素浓度在2~10 IU/mL范围内线性关系良好;平均回收率为100.24%,RSD为1.21%,准确度良好;精密度RSD为1.15%,精密度良好;辅料对含量测定无影响,专属性良好;不同培养时间和不同厂家的培养基测定结果RSD分别为1.94%和0.20%,方法耐用性良好.该方法适用于酒石酸泰万菌素预混剂的含量检测.
