以化工单元传热过程工艺为平台,对普通套管换热器、强化套管换热器、列管换热器和螺旋板换热器及其不同的组合方式进行了传热实验比较,得出化工单元传热过程传热效果:以螺旋板换热器传热效果最好,强化套管换热器与列管换热器次之,普通套管换热器最差。同时,根据装置的设计特点,指出同一类型换热器并流与逆流、并联与串联的传热效果不同,尤其是换热器换热后余热可以回收与再利用。
