民族政策包括党的民族政策和政府的民族政策。党的民族政策与民族法的关系和政府的民族政策与民族法的关系两个方面既有相同点也有差别。处理两者关系时应遵循的原则有:坚持党的民族政策对民族法的指导,坚持党和政府在宪法和法律范围内活动,坚持从人民群众的根本利益出发。正确处理民族政策和民族法的关系,有利于维护民族政策的权威和民族法的尊严,更有利于两者在实际生活中的运用。
Ethnic policies include the party’s ethnic policy and the government’s ethnic policy. The relationship between the party’s ethnic policy and the ethnic law and the relationship between the government’s ethnic policy and the ethnic law have similarities and differences. The principles to be followed when dealing with the relationship between the two are as follows: Insisting on the party’s national policy guiding the ethnic law, upholding the party and the government’s activities within the framework of the Constitution and the law, and proceeding from the fundamental interests of the people. Correctly handling the relationship between ethnic policies and ethnic laws is conducive to safeguarding the authority of ethnic policies and the dignity of national law, and is more conducive to their application in real life.
