面临市场经济日益激烈的竞争环境,国有企业如何在改革中找到新的出路,这已经成为我国经济发展急需解决的问题。党的十八届三中全会将混合所有制经济提升到我国基本经济制度重要实现形式的高度,进一步明确了混合所有制经济的发展方向、路径和要求,使混合所有制经济这种富有效率与活力的资本组织形式,成为了深化国企改革新的有效载体和动力。本文通过介绍国有发电企业发展混合所有制经济的意义,指出了国有发电企业发展混合所有制经济面临的几个难点问题,并提出了促进国有发电企业发展混合所有制经济的几点思路。
Faced with an increasingly competitive market economy, how to find a new way for state-owned enterprises in the reform has become an urgent issue for our country’s economic development. The Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee elevated the mixed ownership economy to the important realization form of our country’s basic economic system, further clarified the development direction, path and requirements of the mixed ownership economy so that the mixed ownership economy is an efficient and viable capital The organizational form has become a new effective carrier and driving force for deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises. This paper introduces the significance of state-owned power generation enterprises in developing mixed-ownership economy, points out several difficulties faced by state-owned power generation enterprises in developing mixed ownership economy and puts forward some ideas to promote the development of mixed ownership economy by state-owned power generation enterprises.
