对非均匀ReBCO高温超导带材的失超传播特性进行研究。非均匀ReBCO带材模型主要分为4种情况:点缺陷含铜稳定层,点缺陷未含铜稳定层,域缺陷含铜稳定层,域缺陷未含铜稳定层。应用有限元方法,建立对应非均匀性的热分析物理模型,对非均匀ReBCO高温超导带材在失超过程中的热稳定性进行数值仿真,同时分析了缺陷长度与缺陷失超电流的关系。计算缺陷区域在失超过程中的最高温度,同时比较了4种非均匀样品失超传播速度。通过实验和模型计算结果相互对比,反映了相同的规律,研究结果对设定失超保护系统的电气参数有实际意义。
Research on the quench propagation characteristics of inhomogeneous ReBCO high temperature superconducting tapes. Inhomogeneous ReBCO strip model is divided into four kinds of situations: point defect containing copper stable layer, point defect without copper stable layer, domain defect copper stable layer, domain defect without copper stable layer. The thermal analysis physical model corresponding to inhomogeneity was established by finite element method. The thermal stability of inhomogeneous ReBCO high temperature superconducting tape during numerical simulation was numerically simulated, and the relationship between defect length and defect quench current . The maximum temperature of the defect area in the process of quench is calculated, and the quenching velocity of non-uniform samples is compared. The results of experiments and model calculations are in contrast with each other and reflect the same laws. The research results have practical significance for setting the electrical parameters of quench-protection system.
