过去七八年间,信阳县乡一级的房地产发展异常火爆,近一两年则有些疲软;而信阳市则一直是小火煨着,突然间汤就沸了。从很多方面来看,信阳在河南都算是一个异类,比如,信阳古为楚地,地理上更接近武汉,直至今天,信阳人办事,如果与行政归属无关,多会首选武汉;比如,信阳人历来重视一个“吃”字,人走到哪里,信阳菜就得跟到哪里,但对住房的要求并不高;再比如,信阳的房地产发展走势与河南地区整个大势多有出入,过去七八年间,信阳县乡一级的房地产发展异常火爆,近一两年则有些疲软,而信阳市则一直是小火煨着,突然间汤就沸了。
