联合应用麦滋林—S颗粒与雷尼替丁治疗老年消化性溃疡32例,其中合并浅表性胃炎者30例;对照组单用雷尼替丁治疗30例,其中合并浅表性胃炎者25例。雷尼替丁均为150mg,每日两次,早起睡前各一次联合用药组除每天应用雷尼替丁外加用麦滋林—S颗粒,每日三次,饭前服用,每次0.67g,疗程均为四周。疗程结束,复查胃镜,联合用药组溃疡愈合率为84.4％,合并胃炎治愈率为68.8％;单用雷尼替丁组溃疡愈合率为66.7％,合并胃炎治愈率为44％。表明麦滋林—S颗粒与雷尼替丁联合应用对促进消化性溃疡合并胃炎的愈合作用明显,优于单用雷尼替丁组,是较为理想的治疗消化性溃疡合并胃炎,尤其是老年消化性溃疡合并胃炎的配伍用药。

The results showed that the combination of mezlocin-Granule and ranitidine significantly promoted the healing of peptic ulcer complicated by gastritis, which was better than ranitidine alone. It was an ideal treatment for peptic ulcer with gastritis, especially the elderly Compatibility of peptic ulcer gastritis medication.
