元件清洁度是指元件装配后清洗的清洁程度,也反映使用中元件被污染及磨损的情况。对液压元件进行维护性清洁度控制,可以有效地避免“早修”及“拖修”。1995年我国规定了各类液压元件的清洁度指标,即JB/T7858-95《液压元件清洁度评定方法及元件清洁度指标》行业标准。目前国际标准化组织正在制订评定液压元件清洁度的有关国际标准(ISO/CD18413,草案),它包含样液采集、污染分析和数据报告的原则及具体方法等内容。 1.液压件常见污染故障分析 (1)元件磨损 使用中生成和侵入的污染物加剧了液压系统中元件的磨损。元件磨损的部位很多,如柱塞泵中滑靴与斜盘、缸体与配流盘、转向阀、助力器、齿轮啮合面和密封件
