介绍了烷基糖苷的发展历程,简述了直接苷化法、转糖苷化法、酶催化法、Koenigs-Knorr法、四氯化锡法及微波辅助法等烷基糖苷的合成方法及反应机理。综述了烷基糖苷在日化、农药、石油、纺织、生物、阻燃及环保领域的应用现状。并指出可从烷基糖苷应用于皮革化学品的制备和直接应用于制革加工2个方面探究其在制革工业中的应用前景。
The development history of alkyl glycosides was introduced, and the synthesis methods and reaction mechanism of alkyl glycosides such as direct glycosylation, transglycosylation, enzyme catalysis, Koenigs-Knorr method, tin tetrachloride method and microwave assisted method . The current status of alkyl glycosides in the field of daily chemical, pesticide, petroleum, textile, biological, flame retardant and environmental protection is reviewed. And pointed out that alkyl glycosides can be used in the leather chemicals preparation and direct application in leather processing two aspects to explore its application prospects in the leather industry.
