山东省站队结合进展迅速山东省的站队结合工作开始于1982年,在水利厅领导的关怀和支持下,首先着手筹建德州水文勘测队,1984年正式按勘测队的建制进行工作。通过几年的试点,积累了宝贵经验。在此基础上,于1985年第四季度筹建鲁北平原地区的聊城、惠民两个勘测队,1986年整个鲁北平原地区即已全部纳入“站队结合”轨道,这三个勘测基地建设均已初具规模。从1987年第四季度开始筹建第三批勘测队,即南四湖流域的荷泽、济宁、枣庄和小清河流域的淄博,共设立辅助站
